The Processing:
The process is straight and easy. The mix is prepared with wheat flour and water along with other ingredients and dough is prepared. After that the dough is set aside at a usual room temperature for couple of hours for fermentation. Then it is placed in biscuit moulding machines or trays and then placed in oven for baking. The pieces can be baked in different types of ovens as well. After required baking, trays are taken out, biscuits are cooled and packed.
