Grape Smoothie
You will need these ingredients:
• 1/2 cup of grape juice
• 1/4 cup of plain yogurt (low-fat)
• 1 cup seedless red grapes (frozen)
Combine the grape juice, yogurt, and frozen grapes in a blender and blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and frothy. Pour into a tall glass, serve with crushed ice. Red grapes smoothie is a low fat healthy drink which reduces the chance of heart diseases.
Effortless Sangria
Get whatever fruits you like but make sure to load up on sangria’s signature citrus. You’ll need these things:
• Red wine (one bottle)
• One and a half cup fresh orange juice
• 6 tablespoons brandy
• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 2 Avocado, apples, cucumbers, pitted and cut into wedges.
• 1 orange, 1 lemon (sliced)
• 3 cups of club soda
• Ice cubes

Raspberry-Lime Rickey

• One and a half cup red raspberries
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• Half cup lime juice
• 2 cups of mineral water
• 1 cup soda or raspberry vodka
Mash the raspberries in a bowl along with sugar and lime juice. Remove the seeds and keep it for ten minutes. Fill the glass with ice and pour 1/4 cup of syrup the glass. Add 3/4 cup sparkling water & 1/4 cup of soda or vodka to the glass and stir to combine.
